"Sir, reports indicate the Beta Sector defenses have been eradicated!" The out post monitor cried."Knight Chrome, what do we do!?" A panicked anti-ship gunman shouted.
Knight Chronos, why did you have to die? Oh my dear friend! Chrome thought ragingly, I will avenge you! I will kill all of those confounded hamans!
Knight Chrome answered, "Prepare my laser sword and have equipable in 2 minutes. Prepare the Mk 18 Fighter-jet. I'm going in alone...".
A whole sea of faces in the outpost command center turned to look at him. They knew what he was going to do. "Knight Chrome, sir, you can't!" One of the crew shouted, "Even a Knight can handle a level 5 threat by himself!". "I'm not like Chronos. I have pride, and strength to go with it. Just you wait and see...Put the guns on standby!"
"Roger!" The crew replied.
"Sir, your sword and jet are ready!",
"Thank you engineer. Commander Samotina, you are in charge!"
"Yes sir..." She replied meekly.
"Radar crew, enemy's status!" Chrome shouted,
"T minus 1 minute and counting!"
"Da-...I mean I better get moving." Chrome said.
As he approached the hanger, his laser sword at his side, he felt proud, proud that he had a weapon. Something the hamans will die from to avenge his friend, Chronos. "Hanger doors unlocked, t minus 10 seconds to launch! 5..4..3..."
Chrome whispered, "For you, old friend."
