Qfeast Academy

Chapter 2

Then Qfeast walks into the hall, and the entire room falls silent. Only a few whispers can be heard as Qfeast makes their way up to the stage.

"Sit down, everyone." Qfeast says.

Then everyone sits down.

"Welcome to another school year at Qfeast Academy! Did we all have a good school holiday?" Qfeast booms.
"Yes!" the crowd yells.
"Good. Now, I'm sure you all want to find out who you are going to be rooming with." Qfeast says.
"Yeah!" everyone cheers.

I wonder who I'll be rooming with this year. I hope I'll be in a dorm room with people I like.

"Well, let's get started." Qfeast says.

Qfeast picks up a black leather book, and reads from it.

"In Bookworm Dorm, we have Ravenclaw3243, JeweledOwl812, MockingjayDistrict, TheDoctorsQueen, CrystalDiamond2323 and TheRilingRavenclaw." Qfeast announces.

There is a loud cheer from the right hand side of the room, where the people Qfeast called out were sitting.

"In Homestuck Dorm, we have Mituna_captor and Eridan_Ampora." Qfeast announces.

I hear two loud sighs of relief from the back of the room.

"In Cartoon Dorm, we have Pinkie.pie.111, Number1BratzFan, SydneyRosaRenee and BlueTurkey." Qfeast says.

The people Qfeast called out cheer a bit and smile at each other.

"In Sonic Dorm, we have CamilleTheHedgehog14, Greekfrombirthandamobianatheart, JackieTheHedgehog and CrimsontheHedgehog." Qfeast says.

The Sonic people grin at each other and cheer.

"In Unique Dorm, we have Girly43, Melzzz2000, Silvershard, Wolvesareawesomelol and Moyapie." Qfeast announces.

The people Qfeast called out smile at each other.

"In Roleplay Dorm, we have RoseHeart and Elleyd." Qfeast calls out.

RoseHeart and Elleyd grin at each other from across the room.

"And last but not least, in Music Fangirl Dorm, we have Number1Arianator, Fearless and MikasPrincess." Qfeast calls out.

I smile. I'm in a great dorm with two of my best friends here at Qfeast Academy! There isn't anything to worry about after all!

I look for my new roommates in the crowd. I spot Fearless, and she waves at me. I wave back, and see Number1Arianator. She smiles at me, and I smile back.

"Okay, now that you all know which dorm you are in, we will select a new school prefect." Qfeast announces.

Qfeast picks up another book, and reads from it.

"The new prefect is. . .Elleyd!"

Elleyd walks up to the stage nervously. Everyone is watching her. Elleyd is one of my friends here at Qfeast Academy.

"Elleyd did a great job last year of helping other students at the academy. She helped the school a lot with her anti-bullying team. So she will be this year's prefect." Qfeast tells everyone.

"Thank you so much, it's an honour to be the new prefect of the academy." Elleyd says.

Everyone cheered loudly as Qfeast pinned a prefect badge to Elleyd's grey jumper.

I think it's cool how we don't have to wear a uniform at Qfeast Academy. Today I'm wearing a shirt with a girl eating an ice cream on it, black leggings, socks with strawberries on them and a pair of cream suede heeled boots.

Elleyd walks off the stage and sits down in her seat, where she is being congratulated by her friends.

"That is all. Go to your dorm room and unpack your bags, then come down to the dining hall for your tea." Qfeast tells us.

We all walk out of the Announcement Hall, and go to our dorms.
