Taking the Reins
March 22nd, 2014 11:32 AMI raced down the stairs, and opened the door.
It was Matthew all right, with a pale yellow CINEMA shirt, and khaki's. I smiled at him, and he grinned. "So, I was guessing we could see Loving Reins?" he asked. "Really? I thought you'd want to watch that new vampire parody-" but he stopped me. "I might be emo, but I still believe in love...and horses" he grinned and took me to his car, His CAR. I sat in the front, and for a moment, he looked like he wanted to tell me something.
But it disappeared after I asked him about Annabelle.
"Isn't she blowing a gasket or something...since were kind of "going out"?" I asked. "No. I haven't told her yet" and we didn't talk until it was time for popcorn. I said small as soon as he said big. We laughed and ordered a medium. The whole movie had been awesome. Sad, but awesome!
He had held my hand walking me to the front door, and I could tell he was reluctant to let go. "Well...bye" I muttered. "Yeah, bye...Kim" he trailed back to his car and drove away slowly. Now, I'm writing all of this down. And crushing harder than ever!
