(Zero pov)Dous's voice cut through the silence like a sword through butter as I turned in horror to see Dous in his torn armor and other bodies around him and he smiled at me. Smiled! As if it was just another day rather than one in which a slaughtering occurred of massive proportions. That's when I saw the gaping whole in the armor in which some of his intestines were pulled out from. I stared in horror as he walked towards me giving me a sheepish grin before he fell face first while walking to me. I ran to him and lifted him to his back urgently trying to help him even if it was useless. When I realized nothing could be done I was readying myself to get the healer before I could do this Dous grabbed my hand And simply said "Don't" and went back to his struggled breathing and I sat down by his side as comforted himself saying he will see things far more than anything this world could make. He smiled and said before he died "Don't blame yourself" then his body became cold and I took his sword the sword darkening as I touched it my mind plagued by another demon. But who cares i'll kill all who intend to tip the balance whether good bad or anything else I WILL Slaughter them without any regret or sympathy. Maybe I really am going insane...WHO cares it does not matter!
