Emiko entered the water again while everyone was eating. She kept on splashing us until Karin told her to stop. She muttered something under her breath and swam away. We then slept but it wasn't long till we heard some screaming. Emiko was caught in a current and couldn't swim. "Oh no! Emiko!" Karin screamed. I ran next to Emiko. This was my chance. I have to jump now! "Oh no you won't!" Someone grabbed me and pushed me to the ground. I realized that it was Akito. He jumped in the water. He took hold of Emiko but it wasn't over. The current was pulling them to a huge waterfall. "Emiko-chan! Akito-kun!" Karin kept shouting but that didn't help. Akito tried to find something to hold onto but couldn't find anything. I saw a branch and took it. I threw it to them and he held onto it. Karin helped me pull them out. They were almost there when suddenly, the current got stronger and Karin and me couldn't hold on anymore. Akito wasn't going to give up, he swam to us. He made it! We took Emiko who was shaking and then helped Akito up. "Emiko! What happened?" Karin was furious. "I'm sorry Karin! I just wanted Akito to save me!" Emiko started crying. I glared at Akito angrily and went to get our stuff. We hurried to the hot springs and ran to our room. Emiko took a shower. We all put our clothes on and comforted Emiko. She felt guilty and decided to sleep. I sighed and told her she could sleep with Akito. She giggled and entered my bed. "I'm not that hungry so I'll stay with Emiko-San." Akito said. We went out to eat only to find my sworn enemy eating noodles with her pathetic friends. "What are you doing here?" I asked. "Us? What are you doing here?" "What we're doing here is not your problem." Karin quickly said. "We just came here because we heard Akito was here. Right now is the perfect moment to make my move on him since he's alone in the room. Sorry but I've got a guy to seduce." "Oh no you don't! See he's not alone. He's already sleeping with another girl." "What?! Who is she?" "None of your business, right Karin?" "Right." We both smiled. "Seeing as you're here, we'll just go back to our rooms and sleep. Let's go Karin." We went out and high-fived. "You should have seen the look on her face when we told her that he was sleeping with another girl! Unforgettable!"
