Chapter 2.

Chapter 2- Ace's POV

I listened to my brother come back after looking for the girl. "Mother, found her!" I heard him snarl in my black and red bedroom. I jumped, listening to thier conversation- about an Alice. I decided to sneak out of my room to look- my family gets violent finding them.
"What do you want me to do with it?" My brother asked, almost treating them like an animal. "We could take her hostage, use her against the White Queen." My mother had replied. "I apologize, but I'm not an animal and certiantly not being held for any charges for no reason. You actually have 2 options- let me go freely or I can just take my way out by force." The Alice suddenly threatened.
I peeked to see the Alice. She had long, brown hair- that went down to her waist, and a stern face, with innocent, but ferocious sea- blue eyes. She wore a dress about knee length, with roses blossoming at the end. "Oh, Ace! How about you challenge the brat- Maybe we'all release her if she wins!" My brother Joker exclaimed. I scoffed. "You realize I don't like being used? Becides- it's obviously a lie." I replied. "Wow, your own sibling? Dang, I can see why your disliked." The girl shoved them out of her way and simply walked out.

-that night-

I kept on wondering what I should do- run away, or stay? I looked out the window, watching a star pass by. I closed my eyes and knew what to do. I packed up, put my cloak on, grabbed my sword, and left.
