I didn't need feelings or a heart anyways
Its about England making fun of America for being fat, but America takes it to heart and starts losing weight, not in the good way (he was 78 lbs after) England was so upset that he cut out his own tongue to make sure he won't hurt anyone again. France took away his knives later on to make sure that it won't happen again. Finally England got to see America, they kissed and England told See More him how much he loved him, but America couldn't hear him
