What's the best way to learn a language that you've never spoken before?

Any languge(for future reasons),particularly French.What are some of the best ways to learn new languages?Its hard for me cause I keep mispronounceing words and thinking that some are seprete when they're not.Reason I ask is cause in trying to learn a French theme song.Why?Cause it's sound so beautiful and I'm too deep into the fandom and I can't get out.Please help.With the languge,not my fandom-obsessions.

I don't know...I watch Kpop stuff and somehow slowly understood a little...for me, if I listen to a particular language for a long time, I slowly develop it and understand it.
