Gravity Falls (Exactly 40 episodes with a couple shorts)
Danny Phantom (not sure of how many episodes tho)
Or Steven Universe, but that has over a hundred episodes to be warned, but I think it's a good series once you get past the fillers and first couple of episodes.

Steven Universe has over 100 episodes but they are only 15 minutes (less if you dont count commercials) each episode.
