Not at all! People have different beliefs, but that shouldn't get in the way of their relationship!

so i mean it's not TOO much of a difference if like i was christian and they were an atheist

Pro: A true Christian will try his damnedest to be absolutely perfect. Forgiving, accepting, loving, generous, etc.
Con: A true Christian will never love you as much as their God.

No, love is based off on feelings for each other. Not religion. You shouldn't let it be a barrier of your relationship

As long as you don't shove religon onto eachother it should be ok.

No, of course not, that would be a stupid reason, I mean if they shoved it down everyone's throats then that could be a deal breaker but otherwise no
