What are your thoughts on The Other Kingdom?

When I first heard about it I was told that it was like Star VS The Forces of Evil.When I saw the commercials,it confirmed that for me.It does seem very similar to Star for me and I find it stupid.Star's a great show and I admit I'd like to see where Nickoloden is going with this but I'd prefer them not to.I don't know why they don't just stick with the shows they got now considering how they've got another new show(Which I'm not intrested in either).IDK,I'm just being weird.
