Personally, I think the age gap doesn't matter... just the fact that one of you is a minor. I would understand if you were 17 and 19, but you might get frowned upon for dating a minor as a legal adult.

dude... she's 13? I'm 19, i can't even take 15 year olds that seriously, let alone look at them romantically. They're children. maybe you like her as a friend, you think she's a cool kid and you're mistaking it as a crush. i don't know, that's just me. That's how i feel about it. do what you want, I'm not judging. i just can't fathom an adult having a legitimate crush on a kid.

Well, it makes the person who's 18 a pedophile because the 13 year old is a minor while the 18 year old is an adult.
