Small or big tablet?

I guess the point of having a tablet at all is for the larger screen, but I still believe it shouldn't be too large.
The size of an ipad is about the largest I would be willing to go yet I think a bit smaller, like an ipad mini would be a bit better.

The tablets on the picture are the only tablets I own. The smaller one is easier to carry ANYWHERE and easier to hide when I'm not suppose to have it, but the larger one does its large business and make everything awesome. >__<
