Sometimes that's true, sometimes one party cares but the other doesn't, sometimes they both care, it just depends on the parties involved.

This is too personal, and not factual.
The question was asking for opinions on describing society... opinions arent supposed to be factual. Also qfeast is full of personal things. Thats one of the best things about it. Also who tf do you think you are to diss on a personal comment like this??

It depends on where you live...whether they embrace change or loathe it....whether they are clean or dirty....But my perspective on Society as a whole..? I do not quite know...alright I suppose..?
