why do can't kids do anything that grown ups can do?
for example many kids can't have money or i pads...

You don't have to go to work. You get fed and clothed for free. You don't have the maturity to get an expensive piece of tech for only playing games.

cause kids have not had a life long expirence yet and there minds are not set for that kind of stuff yet some kids have money and ipads but that depends on how there parents are

U think kids know everything that adults do? No. I'm a kid and when my parents tell me something new,I get shocked.

Younger kids do not have enough experience, responsibility, and general knowledge. Putting kids in the possession of things like cats could be dangerous.
