Another way to look at it is when you see these white boys (and girls) who have never even been to the ghetto, and live in suburbs their whole life, acting ghetto or "black"

A weeaboo- it's a person who is obsessed with Japanese stuff, even if they aren't even Japanese

You're partly correct, it's someone who tries to adopt the Japanese culture (speak the language, model their homes, adopts their foods, etc) and calls them self Japanese, even though they aren't...basically a poser for Japanese in a way
