should i make a picture contest?

idk is it a good idea? bad idea?
so i was thinking every month week or year i choose a theme and everyone searches the internet for a good pic they think will win
rules: if theres a duplicate both ppl will be eliminated
2: no swaering or inapropriate language
3: no sharing personal info ( should i have to say this )
4: you may just watch
5: no spamming
6: no complaining or acting dramatic if you get eliminated or dont win
7: no bragging if u do win
8: no bullying
9: follow the rules ( lol )
how it works:
so everyone tries to find a pic online that best matches the theme
in order to enter you must follow me and put a post on my wall ( if u didnt activate email comment on this poll ) saying #warofpics
ppl will be eliminated one by one WITH a reason
you will be judged on creativity, how well ur pic matches the theme and tittle
you must tittle you pic
i will be entering a pic and i will judge along with 2 otheres and the judges can enter a pic but u cant judge on ur own pic
for the contest ill create a hidden wall and send the link to everyone in the contest
the prize will be: suggest prizes)
