Get ahold of her manager and book her for the party
If I'm correct you can go to her official page and there should be a place on it that says "contact" if you click on that it will gives you ways to get ahold of the manager :)

This is a very stupid question i don't think she will ever come to your birthday party. Sorry if i sound a little harsh but if you she actually did happen to come to your birthday party, you'd have to pay her maneger a LOT of money.
