Honestly, the new one
He has a much scarier design and the movie altogether was better than the original
The original was meant to be a show adaptation but was put together into a movie. Which is why the set up of the movie is wonky asf
Anyways Bill Skarsgård played an amazing pennywise and i enjoyed it v much
