You are getting close talk to your mom or sister to get prepared with some pads or tampons. Tell your mom or dad to take u to the doctor yellowish discharge and odor are signs of infection have them check that out and maybye they could give u a hint on when "mother nature" is comeing. Hope this helped good luck :)

Sports don't affect when you will get your first period. It only comes when your body is ready. I know you don't want to hear this, but I'm also waiting for my first period to come. U have many signs of it coming soon enough. But like the comment below. That discharge shouldn't be brownish. It might be the signs of an infection. ? Just to make sure you should talk to your mom about it

First, happy birthday! Second, you will probably get your period soon cause you have all the symptoms also check your weight every now and then. If you have execive weight gain that's a huge contributor. Actually playing sports should speed up your period. Don't rush it though. Your only 11. I'm 14 and don't have mine. Happy birthday.

All of the symptoms are normal and you'll probably get it pretty soon! If your discharge is yellow and smells fishy you might have a yeast infection, I recommend seeing your doctor. Sports don't delay your period, in fact that might make it come sooner.

It seems like it's almost there (sorry) It's different for everyone When I was about to get mine I had to come home from school (or not go at all) everyday because I would get major migraines (they hurt like h*ll) Anyway, my moodiness would change but unlike most peeps I got mine when I was 9 so that was about 4 years ago. It will include cramps (for most i just started getting cramps) Your moodiness will be horrible and the discharge will get even worse (i know i know it sucks) See More▼ It usually doesn't bother sports unless you get cramps. So I think you should be good on that. ALSO It really helps if you buy different types of pads because you could have heavy blood (like me) Median blood or just small (which is good) With the breasts, that's also a sign about the period. And the hair, well its the same. You should talk to your mom or sister about it, since I'm the oldest in my family and my mother was at work at the time I was with my dad, (this was before my little sis) I started and I thought i was dying because my mom hadn't talk to me about it. So it's better to know about it earlier then later. (trust me) ONE MORE THING the period time is different for everyone whether it be a few days or even a week or two just be prepared and when you think it's over just be sure to pack a few just in case it stopped and comes again (it does happen) I hoped this helped!!

I don't think there should be a throbbing but when I was in 5th grade, before my period, I got a cramp. that's normal. But I don't know bout the throbbing.

I think you should talk to your mom (look online for some start the talk advice) but if ur like meh and want to handle stuff on ur own, just be prepared. steal some pads from your mom or something. :D maybe no. from ur sister probly. less risky if u get caught heh heh. hope i helped
