I go with loyalty, because thats how you gain trust. I know the Do The Right Thing choice is better, but I go with the Loyalty.

Do the right thing. If you're loyal to something that you KNOW is wrong, then who does that help? You're a better person if you do the right thing. And, yet, you can do both. If your loyal to people who do the right thing, then you can be both.
