No. He is the most aggressive out of the 4 ( Not including Golden freddy ) People say that his voice box was broken but that's not true. That would mean EVERY single animatronic would be good cuz foxy makes the same noise as them. Also if they were good it would be ALL 4 not just foxy and all the others are trying to kill you. They ALL want revenge so either See More▼ they are all bad or they are all good
No, honestly I think Mangle is. I have a very long theory:
I think that night 7 (you play as a dude named Fritz Smith) happened before the rest of the nights. I think he tampered with the characters, and ruined there face-to-police feature which sent a signal to the police when a criminal entered. I think that on the rest of the nights when Mangle is in your See More▼ air vent-when he makes his sound it says the police code for low signal- (s)he knows you are not safe and tries to save you but can't.
