Do You Wear Glasses?

Yes, I do and it was one of those things I resisted for way too long. I blamed lighting, screens, tiredness… everything except my eyesight. Once I finally got glasses, I realized how much mental energy I’d been wasting squinting. Now they’re part of my routine, like coffee in the morning. Choosing frames was surprisingly emotional too, glasses change how you See More see yourself.
