Who would win in a fight?

definitely Harry. He could do a summoning spell for his broom and total whop her after that. (he doesn't need his wand for that)

Statistics. Harry obviously can't use magic without his wand, and has no TRUE survival skills.
Katniss, however, is forced to have them. She can easily sneak up behind him and stab him.

Honestly I think Harry because he does not need his wand to perform most spells, remember on Dudley's birthday at the zoo how he made the glass disappear?

In every fight Harry doesn't have his wand the only way he wins in the end is retrieving his wand. Katniss, well, she trained with and without a bow so probably her. This would make an interesting animation. :P

Katniss duh! She has the skills to hide in the wilderness, and fight with bare hands. Harry? Not so much...
