I've been such a bad friend to my friends lately and I'm genuinely so sorry. The last month and a half has been one of the worst mental states I've been in since 2023.
U rly do gotta put urself first though tbh. I know it's hard but if they really love u and understand u they wouldn't be angry or mad at u and give u the space you need
