What is the ISP have 100x/22's... or even better... if it's not an ISP
and it's a spammer .. with 1000x/22s... double win... replace his blocks
use them for spam and get extra money selling his old blocks...

I was locked out of my social media for several days having a panic attack, only to find out that when I got logged on, somebody had a convo where they pretended to be me and apparently convinced him I had ate until my stomach ruptured! Further more, what kind of sicko would keep those images of a belly bursting on hand?!
