I'm like wtf no hoodies either! This one time I wore a hat and didn't get in trouble. Then everyone else did it and got in trouble. I was like BAM WHAT!!!!

Teacher: *makes the whole class stay in for about 30 minutes after school because of just ONE SINGLE KID who misbehaved, even though a whole bunch of parents are at his door*
Me: May I go...? My grandma's-
Teacher: NO.
Me: ....*mumbles: My grandma's in the hospital....*
Rule: The teacher dismisses you, NOT the bell.

At recess you aren't allowed to go inside at all, they won't let you in if you're hurt or if you have to use the washroom, and there's always a guard like supervisor glaring at us from inside. Also, since you can't go to the washroom then, it means you must use class time to go, BUT the teachers say: "You had all recess. Go at recess, not in the middle of class" and when you protest, they just shrug and say: "Nonsense."

In grade school we weren't allowed to pick up sticks or even twigs. We still did though, and pretended they were swords, but when we caught, we were in BIG trouble. But we didn't really care.
Us either also snow but once a teacher caught me with snow in my hand and told me to drop it so I dropped it on their shoes :D

I hate how at a lot of these schools in America you are forced to say the pledge. I mean, I get that it's to show respect to your country, but what about that "One nation, under God." Part? What if the child's Athiest or Agnostic?
I understand why- because the pledge was created in a very religious America- but I agree with what you're saying.
Personally what I don't like about saying the pledge (and why I don't say it) is because I don't see why I should pledge to something that isn't a physical being, that has the potential to fall into nothingness.

In my Elementry school you weren't allowed to say the word "Gay". Do note this was a public school.
That's like a summer camp I went to. Me and my friends are like "but that's like saying 'you can't say you're married or straight!'" Like wtf?! Little rude isn't it?

I understood both meanings because I have older brothers who had higher vocabulary than me at the time. So one day during lunch, I asked the kids in my grade if they knew what it ment, they had no clue. So I told them the "happy" definition. So I went around the table saying "I'm gay, Leland's gay, Erin's gay, Philip's gay" ect, I'm shocked I didn't See More▼ get caught. XD

At my school were not allowed to use the elevator...-_- only teachers or handicap people are allowed...
You hae an elevator? o.O our school is made up of like 20 different buildings, all with 1 floor

That's also at my school but because PE is on B1 we are allowed to go from there to the third floor or something. But I don't use the elevator, I'm claustrophobic.

At my school you're not allowed to wear elastics, whether for hair or not, on your wrist or automatic detention.
OK that's stupid. I wear my hair up all the time and then I get tired of having it up so I just wear the headband on my wrist.

One of my secondary school's rules: Any missing P.E kit will result in a kit mark. Three kit marks will result in an after-school detention.
