Technically, you are right. Artemis is a Virgin Goddess. In fact, she's the ONLY Greek Virgin Goddess.
I say Greek because in the Roman Gods, there is Diana (Artemis) and Minerva (Athena).
And whilst Hera/Juno doesn't have any demigod children, she still had some children with Zeus/Jupiter, one of them being Ares/Mars.

Well, Athena is still technically a virgin goddess. In the PJO/HOO series, Rick wrote it to where she could have kids through some weird magic thing, just like how she got pregnant when Hephaestus threw his wet handkerchief at her leg (Greek myths are gross sometimes). I don't know if you really meant that or not, given that you said that Artemis was the only See More Greek virgin goddess. And yes, the Hunters are pretty much her adopted kids. However, in most expressions, Greek myths, etc., they're more of a sisterhood.
