The “Ink disease”is a disease that takes the blood in your lungs and infects it. The blood thickens and turns black, resulting in the body rejecting it and coughing it up.
As this happens, your insicurities and doubts and such take over your mind, give you a schizophrenic state and torments you.
This happens daily and slowly kills you for years, depending on your age.
