For a few years now, I've been trying to overcome my anorexia. It's finally working.
What I've been doing is eating with my family even if I don't want to. If I eat with my family, I'm forcing myself to be peer pressured to eat. Twisted, but it's working. I've been working out a bit more as well.
It's making not just my body healthier, but my mind.
