@DaNerdBird e x a c t l y. I feel like those who have a violent humor usually can't take violence seriously. Those I do know that can have a reason- mass casualty nursing experience, been in violent wrecks, they understand that it's serious stuff.

@Spider_fam I don’t think that they would be the best method, but it would certainly reduce death rates. I mean, as long as police have a reason to arrest them (killing I believe is the last option in situations) but, yeah.

But all joking aside, do you think tranquilizer guns would work in cities because they're not lethal, but you can drag the body to a room and kill them as soon as you're positive that you have the right person. Or arrest them if you have the right person. Also the tranq-guns are for the police in cities, not me.
