You are strong, even at your lowest you are strong. All of us have different struggles, and all are valid. You may be having a bad day, or "the worst day of your life" whether the first time or the thirtieth, but if you have gotten through however many years or days of your bad days, you can most definitely get through now. We earn strength by pushing ourselves, and the only way to do that is to keep going. You have people who do care for you and love you, whether it be a random stranger who expresses it to a family member who doesn't seem like it but does. You just as many, or even more reasons to keep going, and if you feel as if you reached a goal? Even if it may seem stupid to the outside world, it isn't to you? It's a next step, and even if you break your streak it's a way to set a new goal, and take another step forward. You CAN do it, but WILL you? You got this, and although we all have our own struggles as said before; yours is just as valid.
