If anyone here struggles with cvtting, scratching or physical self harm and genuinely wants to get better there's a website called "fatal to the flesh" where it's basically a white screen and you can drag your finger/mouse across it to create "cvts" and depending in how big the cvt is it will sometimes bleed.

aw sorry about that, there is another method i use sometimes that helps a bit. it's basically the same but you create it, open a drawing up and pick your skin color, color the whole canvas, change brush, change brush color to red, brown, or a slightly darker/lighter color than the canvas and althogh it doesn't bleed, it's very similar experience @TinyGoat
