I personally pronounce them as if you're slurring she/her or saying ze/zem, but i suppose it'll entirely depend on how the person using the pronouns wants to pronounce them

So one of my friends at school was hitting me multipule times. After they stopped i moved where i was sitting and started crying. I was holding it in for quite a while untij they said 'oh theyre gonna start bitch crying'. This happened during lunch and i think the assisant princable saw or smt bc our parents found out, and i got yelled at for apperently hitting them.
