I almost had a legit panic attack
My youngest sister, who's a complete brat and needs to learn that not everything is about her, was swinging a wii remote around by the wristband and it was scaring me, and I kept jumping. So, I yell at her to stop and she sees I'm upset and continues. I'm freaking out and I keep flinching, and eventually the remote slips from her grasp and literally flies right by my face.
I curled up and almost started sobbing bc it scared me so much.

I feel like my dysphoria is aggressivly stabbing me
I'm just going to my grandparents house and I feel the need to dress all masculine
Prolly bc I haven't worn anything masculine in three days and I haven't been able to hide my hair under a hat for two weeks.
Dressing masculine isn't going to make a difference. I'm still going to be called "she/her" "sister" and my birth name.
I wish I got a unisex name like "Jordyn" or whatever so I'd feel a little better when people called See More me by my birth name. Not fuucking "Lilli", a basic white girl name.
I really just want to chest bind and wear cloths that will hide all the things on my body. I could, but then I'd have to go through being very hot and breathing trouble.
