There is scientific evidence we have a brain, though.
Which means that you're trusting science that we have a brain. Christians trust the bible that the gospel is real.
And, I know, that's a really bad comparison. Let me put it this way:
You believe that the world was created with the Big Bang, right? Why do you believe that? Because some scientists say so. There is no actual way (unless somebody invents a time See More▼ machine, which I hope never happens because all of the paradoxes are so sensitive that we could destroy the world with one wrong step) to prove that the earth was created that way. Christians believe that the earth was created by God because the bible says so. Again, there is no actual way to prove either of us right.
