Detention
After school detention, 3:00 pm, Friday, December 4th, 2015I walked into detention with a scared look my face. I've never been to detention before and I didn't know what it was like.
When I opened the door, I saw Amanda sitting there, bored. "Amanda? What are you doing here?" I asked her. "Oh, ya, I was talking in class, so here I am," she replied. "Oh," I said. "Who were you talking to?" I asked. "Oh I was talking to Jake. He actually sat beside ME today! Can you believe it?!" Amanda said excitedly. Well, obviously she was talking to Jake. she talks way too much when she sees him and you can only get sent to detention for talking if talk too much.
"Ok, everyone take your seats and NO TALKING," said the teacher. I didn't know her, but everyone says that the teacher that does detention is really mean. Everyone ran to a desk and kept their mouth shut. I could see a few people hiding their phones in the desk while texting each other. The teacher really should've taken the phones away. I wish I could've been doing that right now instead of just staring ahead.
After school detention, 3:45 pm, December 4th
Ugh!!! Somebody kill me! I've been sitting here for so long, I'm surprised that I haven't fallen asleep! "Ok, everyone, you can go now," said the teacher. Everyone bolted for the door, eager to get out. I took my phone and ran out of the class.
