What!?
I was bracing for my life to end as the bullets got closer and closer closing in menacingly like a trash compactor about to crush a kid in a garbage bin, just as the flower started to laugh evily I saw a fireball fly over and knock him away as a goat-like woman hurried over "What a monster.... Harming an innocent soul..." She walked closer to me "t-thank you....." She looked down at me "you are hurt" she noticed the blood coming from my leg "oh my....." She picked me up and carried me off through the ruins of this world, I still couldn't believe my eyes to be honest I mean I've seen anthropomorphic pictures of animals and animations but actually seeing one in person is a bit..... Shocking alarmingly if I had to describe it "my name is toriel what is your name young one?" She looked down at me with concern for my injury. I felt like I could genuinely trust toriel and that she would help me out while I was down here but my real name..... It's awkward and weird..... "Zeal" I said "nice to meet you zeal, you are a rather big child" I could tell she knew my age but my size for how old I was is a bit overwhelming for some but she was still much taller then me and had incredible strength to carry me with such ease "yeah I get that alot....." I winched a bit as the pain from my leg was starting to get to me the adrenaline from the fall wearing off"Goodness I must hurry...." She started to jog a bit doing her best not to jostle me around so much, as she went I looked around as the scenery changed from a pitch black cave to a homely looking area with purple stone walls floors and some river flow along with little frog looking creatures and some flying creatures with armour on but they looked gentle and rather peaceful them intimidating and mean....
"Kill or be killed.....?" I said in my mind, that flowey couldn't have really been telling the truth could he? I mean I know there are some bad people in the world but it doesn't look like this place was really that bad. I felt like telling toriel about the flower and the kid that pushed me down here...... But I felt as if that would be bad for some reason and kept it to myself as we approached a nice looking home down here in this underground "i-it hurts alot....."
I was holding back tears from the pain building in my leg, I've been hit slapped punched and was very clumsy as a kid and was pretty used to pain and usually shrugged it off but when it comes to broken bones there's no way to ignore that kind of pain.... "Don't worry I'll fix you up and then we can talk zeal" she approached and got closer to the house walking up the stairs but..... I blacked out.... Unable to handle the pain and without any painkillers I couldn't stand it anymore the last thing I heard was her voice concerned about my well being....
I woke up several hours after I had passed out and I looked around to see I was in a room on a bed but the room seemed empty except for a few things, some stripped shirts in the dresser a few pictures on the wall of some other monsters I didn't know, I took a moment and realized the pain in my leg was gone. As I looked down I lifted my left pant leg up and saw it was completely healed and I was no longer wounded..... "Magic.....?" I thought to myself as there was no way normal medicine could heal at an alarming rate but then again I didn't question it when I remember toriel threw a fireball at flowey to save me, I got up and walked out into the hallway and looked around at the nice warm inviting house, there was nice flooring and several pots filled with water sausages as opposed to flowers "hmmm..." I walked to the end of the hallway and looked at a mirror "it's me just plain ol Zeal" despite zeal not being my real name I didn't care as I had no family and my name could be whatever I chose it to be, I moved my long hair out of my face and noticed my glasses were gone "must've lost em on the way down....." I walked over to the kitchen and saw Toriel baking
"O-oh my......" "Yeah......" I took a moment to explain that I left my old family at quite a young age being unhappy with them and how I spent some of my life after rebuilding a decent life with my friend "and now I'm here" she paused "well...... I don't know...." I raised an eyebrow "yes?" She looked at me and walked over giving a tender hug "how would you like to be adopted child?" I froze shocked by this question but I stopped and thought..... She seems just so tremoundously nice and supportive..... It's a hard offer to refuse "i-i would need time to consider that....." She looked down "I understand..."
A few hours later I was about ready to leave and explore the underground but toriel confronted me as I was about to go downstairs "where do you think you are going young one?" "I-i can't stay here forever Toriel" she gave a sad look "wait here....." She left downstairs quickly "I have a bad feeling about this...." I quickly followed in pursuit "please go back...." She said "but why?" She stopped "humans.... They aren't safe traveling down here...... Asgores forces will find you and kill you..... Just like they have other times with different humans that have passed down here....." She stood in front of the door to the ruins " B-but I have to get to the surface" her hands lit ablaze with fire "then prove to me you are strong enough" she threw several fireballs at me
I was shocked at this as I quickly dodged them and mind you it's hard to dodge in such a small place like this. I didn't want to hurt Toriel and thought maybe I could talk my way out of this "this isn't right..... I'm more then capable of taking care of myself" she was silent and continued her attack "Toriel please.....just think about what your doing, is attacking me and keeping me here really the right thing to do......" She paused for a moment and stopped "you..... You are right...... I'm being just like asgore like this...." She hugged me "when you leave promise you won't come back....." I was saddened by this "B-but......" "Please just go....." She let go and started to walk back to her home, just before she got out of sight I shouted "I can never keep a promise like that! I'll be back I swear on my life toriel!" I saw her pause for a minute and then disappear around a corner. I opened the doors and walked out to more darkness and saw flowey sitting there waiting "So you didn't fight your way through this one, but what'll you do when you come face to face with a murderer" I hated this flower so damn much I wanted to stomp him out of existence "there's always ways better then violence, I've learned that in my life" I started walking away to the next door "let's see how that serves you in this world where it'd KILL OR" I didn't let him finish as I threw a piece of pie at him. As I opened the door to leave I heard him scream "YOU'LL REGRET THAT YOU BRAT!" "Cram it flower" "ITS FLOWEY! FLOWEY THE" I slammed the door shut behind me

However, when you spoke of a person with a green striped shirt, it was confusing. That must've been Chara, correct?
But Chara is dead. At the end of the genocide run, they tell you that you awoke them from their death when you fell underground. They wouldn't have been See More▼ able to push the protagonist if they were dead. A bit illogical for part of it, but a good story nonetheless.
