Types of Magic

There are many types of mgic, here you will learn which kind most likely suites you.

Dual-cast/Utility Magic:
        Dual cast magic is a type of magic that can use both Mana and Chi. These spells are generally weaker, but are more easily accessible. Most spells in this category are considered “Utility Spells” as they have uses on both the outside world and the casters themselves.
Popular Utility spells:
        Minor Heal
        Blade repair
        Empower other

Chi-Based magic:
        Chi based magic focusses on the body and what it comes into contact with. It requires a vessel, such as a wand, to cast most spells. A vessel is an object that connects through a person’s soul, and allows them to send energy through.
        Spells in this class aren’t very vast, as most consist on changing the body’s capabilities, such as granting the caster a higher jump or stronger swing, for a time. Certain spells may grant temporary abilities, skills, and enchantments on weapons, such as freezing the blade or pooling chi..
        Due to most spells being completely based on the body, most spells do not require and incantation to use. Spells may be used without notice and on accident as a result to not having an incantation.
        Popular spells:
        Increased speed
        Higher jump
        Firebolt
        Shock

Mana-Based magic:
        Mana Based magic is based off the amount of energy surrounding the caster, and is used to alter the surroundings, such as summoning a ball of fire or freezing a distant object. Nothing beside a pool of mana and incantation is required to use these spells, however certain objects can store trace amounts of mana for later use. The uses for this magic class are rather vast, as they can manipulate the environment or others.

        Firestorm
        Heroes’ Aura (Illusion)
        Spark
        
Dark and Zen:
These are the legendary magic’s of Light and Dark. Not much is known about either except that they come from the soul, and require either a mind at peace or a heart full of hate to cast. A Morphis casting a darkened spell will face certain death, or if they survive, will lose themselves comepletely.
