Things To Do When You're Bored

I've seen some stories like this around and thought I'd make my own. This will be part of a series - the "Things To Do" series. Each book will have lists of things to do in different categories. EXAMPLE: "Things To Do To Anger Me" and "Things To Do To Cheer Yourself Up."

Chapter 2.

If You're Bored, But ALONE

1. Say the alphabet backwards. See how fast you can do it.

2. Play Alphabet I Spy (see rules in last chapter) .

3. Play Number I Spy (see rules in last chapter) .

4. IF A PENCIL AND PAPER ARE HANDY:
-doodle
-write a haiku (three lined poem; first line has 5 syllables, second has 7, and last has 5 - for example: Ice cream is so good. I want a lifetime supply. Hot fudge and caramel.)
-choose a longish word, like "improvement," and write it down, and then see how many other words you can make from that word
-play Word Ladders: write a word, and then see if you can change it into another word, by changing first one letter, then another one, and so on. Rules are: must only change one letter each time, must be a real word each time, must not add or subtract any letters, and don't change letters multiple times if you could have just changed one and gotten the same result.
