The MeetingScourge was cleaning himself when he noticed a flash of light gray fur. He paused for a moment and then continued cleaning, it was probably just one of the Bloodclan cats practicing fighting techniques. The gray cat pounced on him and pinned him down.
"Ugh," Scourge grunted. Because of the cat's weight, he was easily knocked down. His fur bristled as he growled, "Who are you? You smell like the forest!"
The gray cat smirked as his blue eyes intensified. The cat underneath him was a stunning black color with one white paw. He meowed in reply to Scourge's question, "I'm Ashfur. I am a warrior from Thunderclan, and you are?"
"Scourge, leader of Bloodclan. You're forcing the dog teeth deeper into my neck, can you let me up?" Scourge hissed. Bone noticed the quarrel and starting padding toward them. "No, Bone. Leave us be."
Ashfur nodded curtly and sat a fox-length away from him. Something in his soul stirred as he looked at Scourge. There's something special about him, but I can't tell what it is. I...I've never felt this before, Ashfur thought to himself.
"Can't get enough of me can you," Scourge mewed with a small laugh. "Anyway, why are you here?"
Ashfur paused for a second before answering, "Well, I came here looking for the leader, and I've found you. I would like to join Bloodclan."
He wants to join? Is this cat crazy? It's going to be hard to fit in with us," Scourge thought.
"You must give up your warrior name then. You must go simply by Ash," He said to Ashfur, "And you can never go back. No matter what, you must remain loyal to us. Even if it means killing kin. Do you understand, Ash?"
"I fully understand and accept your terms, Scourge," Ash meowed before bowing to his new leader.
"Good, now come with me. We must introduce you to everyone," Scourge mewed with a glint of happiness in his eyes.
