What happened later on
The next 2 months were the same, Mika would go to school and have fun with Hoku, and then go home and tell her mom about her day.But then one day Hoku had to go to a new school, and when Hoku told Mika, She was DEVASTATED.
After Hoku left everything went downhill, she was lonely, she was picked on, her parents would fight a lot, and her parents got a divorce.
She was then forced to live with her dad which at first she thought would be okay.
But no, her dad would neglect her most of the time.
Mika thought that it was just because he was stressed out and needed time to calm down from the divorce.
But it wasn’t he only gave attention to Mika during the marriage because he didn’t want to get divorced.
But now that the divorce has come he just neglects Mika and acts like she doesn't exist.
Mika takes the bus to her new school and takes it home because her father doesn’t care enough to take her home.
