Cole walked into the motel. It was rather empty except one lady behind the desk in the lobby. She smiled as she looked at Cole, but Cole didn't answer it.
-Cole Derek, I have a room here, Cole said.
-Yes, we've been waiting, here you have room number 6, the lady behind the desk said.
-Can I speak to John, uh Meyer here, the owner of this motel?
-Uh, I'm sorry my dad is out on some kind of errand, hasn't been back yet.
Cole turned around as he took the key and walked to his room. He didn't want to talk. He locked himself into the room just hoping it would all end. And just as he closed his eyes, it did end. The dream.
