The next day Alex called the queen but got no answer so she left a message, "Sup, I just wanted to tell you and the king to get out of Narnia because people from the north and south are going to be in battle right in the middle of Narnia where the castle is in a couple days.". After Alex hung up the phone she leaned back in her office chair. The office had black walls with various paintings of moons hanging on them, there was a huge window right in front of her desk that looked out over a frozen lake. It was usually organized with most of the papers off the floor and all the books arranged neatly on their shelves but her office looked as if a tornado had blown through it now. There were papers scattered everywhere some stained by wine that was leaking out of the many half empty bottle strewn across the floor, books were tossed everywhere and one of the bookshelves had fallen over onto the ground.
Alex herself looked like shit, her white hair was sticking up everywhere in a tangled mess, her whitish blue eyes had dark circles around them as if she hadn't slept in 24 hours, which she hadn't. She picked up one of the bottles off the floor and took a big swig of it drinking the rest, then she threw it at the wall where it shattered. Her clothes were stained with wine everywhere and that wasn't very good considering she was wearing a white sweater with white pajama pants. Alex sighed and took her glasses off to rub her temples, she was feeling the affects of all the wine she had drank last night and was currently being attacked by a massive hangover.
She slapped a stack of papers off her desk and saw a picture of Skylar flutter out from under one of the papers. She picked it up and frowned sadly remembering how happy and cheerful her friend used to be around her. Alex's frown quickly faded and was replaced with a smirk as she tore the picture to shreds. "I'm going to be Narnia now so you might want to get ready to taste defeat, South.", Alex said while grabbing paper to start making battle plans.
