Starting the journey.
As we packed up on our journey, Furoto made a compass out of sticks on the floor. After a few minutes, it told us which way was south. We followed it through the woods, and out into the open. Our first stop was the library. We worked out that we in Colorado. The furthest south, in north and central America, was Mexico. Only a few states away, luckily. I knew that was where we had to go. We managed to grab some money from a passer by and caught a train to Cameren, Texas. Not far to Mexico now! We would have to walk for a while so we took to the forest.
