Q-Rules (Laws that Qfeasters can break) And On/Off Duty Status

These are basic guidelines which Qfeasters must have to break before you can you have to take required action. Again, with the votes from Net Police Officers, the law can change.
---Qfeast Rules---
Rule #1: Any sexual harassment will automatically be reported on sight AFTER ONE warning. In other words, first offense will be left off with a warning, second offense will be reported.
Rule #2: Any threats made by Qfeasters such as, "I will hack your account", "If you don't do what I say, I'll tell everyone the truth", etc. will automatically be reported. No warnings required, however, you will need to announce it. (See Qfeast rights when completed.)
Rule #3: Any disputes will be settled WITHOUT reporting. This must be handled with delicacy. Use reporting as a last resort.

Right #1: A Qfeaster CANNOT be reported without evidence. It is responsibility of the Net Police Agent to provide screen shots in case evidence is needed.
Right #2: A Qfeaster has a right to refuse a heavy investigation without proper evidence. However, Net Police members may provide light questioning which is no more than five questions.
