Chapter 3.
Out of the dome and into the mansion.

Out of the dome and into the mansion.

We head out the next day, with Candii using her magic sight spell to lead us to a hole in the dome, and as we follow the path we start to travel along stone instead of gravel. After about half an hour we walk into this garden of statues, There was a man in the middle of the road, he seemed to be a young knight from a distance but as we got closer we could see evidence of age and wear on his face. "We have been expecting you," He says. "Follow me." And walks off in a odd direction, for there is nothing there. Then, he waves his hand and a Mansion appears from nowhere. a massive one with 3 stories and statues of golden lions.
Another man, more frail than the last, came out and said "Welcome my friends, (to Isenguard! Nah :P) I have seen the attack on your town, and I may be able to help you find out who caused this. But," He continued "I need you to acquire some Knowledge for me, it is held at a stone pillar in the east. I am old and weak, my body is frail and I would not survive the journey. So I ask you to take my place. I will help you in exchange for this knowledge, but first, have rest and food. For tomorrow, you head out for the pillar." We go inside and in the main hall, all we can see is mountains upon mountains of food. We gorge ourselves on food for about an hour, then the bard gives me a look that says "you want to play with me?" and walks off, her hips swaying ever so slightly. I follow on after her, and I can tell you... That was a good night.
