finals

They reached the med bay within minutes. The doctor looked at his eye poured some hydrogen peroxide on it washed it out and wrapped it. “Good news and bad news which one you want to hear first?” The doctor asked. “Bad news .” Noel demanded. The doctor sighed. “You’re blind in your left eye.” Noel sighed. “What really doctor I never knew.” He said sarcastically. The doctor looked at him with distain. “Good news is you can still compete in the tournament and you are going to have a badass scare on your face.” Noel smiled. “Thanks doc.” He said and left the med room. Ned was sitting outside of the door. “So how is it?” He asked. Noel smiled. “I can still fight.” He said. Noel looked at him to see that mocking smile of his but it was nowhere to be found. He realized that he was serious he wanted Noel to take his life. “If it comes to it I will do as you ask.” He said. Ned’s mocking smile returned. “Don’t think that I would not put up a fight though.” He said. Noel looked at the ground and smiled. “I wouldn’t expect anything less from you.” He said. Ned’s grin widened. “It would be an honor to fight a worthy opponent.” He said. “Now we must wait until the night comes to fight our last battles.” He said
