Glitched InI stared at the computer screen, navigating my avatar through the cave hoping to find diamonds. I would freak out every time I saw a mob. I really hated exploring caves, but branch mining and quarrying weren't getting me many ores.I t was so hard to be quiet, but I didn't want to wake mom and dad up.They hated it when I stayed up till 4:00 A.M. playing Minecraft.
My mom would always say, "Steven, if you keep playing that game so much, I don't know what I'm gonna do, but I know you won't like it." She would say that every time she saw me playing Minecraft (which was a lot). Every time she would say that, I would be thinking, okay,if you say so.
One night it was storming really bad, but I kept playing Minecraft (mainly because if I quit playing I would get scared). Then, all of a sudden, lightning hit the power line, and zapped me and the computer.
I looked around, and there was nothing but blocks. I was in Minecraft! I ran around screaming for a while, but then I realized that running and screaming weren't going to help. I ran towards the first tree I saw, and punched it and three other trees down. I made all but six logs into planks. I made a crafting table out of four planks. After that, I made a wooden pickaxe, a wooden axe, and a wooden shovel.
I was getting some stone from the side of a mountain when I saw it; a village!I ran as fast as I could towards the village. When I got there, a butcher ran up to me and said, "Hello, my name is Jonny. Where are you from?" so I said, "I'm from Dublin, Ohio." so Jonny said back, "Well, I don't know where Dublin or Ohio are,but welcome to Nunkuk."
Five other villagers ran up to me and said, "What's your name?" so I said, "My name's Steven." They all smiled and yelled, "Steve! You're back!" I immediately said back, "I'm not Steve, I'm Steven." but they didn't listen. They took me into the biggest house in the village, and handed me steak, bread, chicken, and a cake.
They all left, except for Jonny, who then said, "I'm glad you're back." He was outside before I could tell him that I wasn't Steve. I wondered what Steve had done to make the villagers love him so much. Then I saw it, a book titled, The Adventures of Steve!
I read the whole book that night. It was an awesome book, and it gave me an idea. I would be super nice to the villagers, so that they would trust me and help me escape Minecraft. I really hoped that my plan would work.
I started mining and didn't stop until I had five stacks of 64 cobblestone. I made two stone axes and cut down trees, until they both broke. I killed a lot of chickens, cows, pigs, rabbits, and sheep. I crafted a furnace cooked all the meat I had gotten from the animals. I put he meat, leather, wool, most of the wood, and most of the cobblestone in a chest I had crafted. I told the whole village that there was food in a chest.
I had been mining for two Minecraft years, and finally had enough diamonds. I made seven seven sets of diamond armour, seven diamond swords, a diamond pickaxe, a diamond axe, and a diamond shovel. I put a set of armour on, and headed for the surface. I gave six adult villagers a set of armour and a sword.
I gave every villager a job. The ones with armour and a sword would keep the village safe. The ones with a pickaxe and axe were builders. The ones with an iron sword were butchers. The village soon turned into a kingdom. There was a huge castle surrounded by the huge village of Nunkuk. There was 15 block high walls surrounding the whole village.
Animal farms, wheat farms, potato farms, carrot farms, and tree farms were everywhere. I sat on my throne happy that it was almost night. I loved slaying mobs, it made me feel awesome. I wondered if I should even try to get out of Minecraft. I ran outside to kill mobs, and got blown up by a creeper.
When I woke up, I wasn't in Minecraft anymore. I ran downstairs, hugged my mom, and said, "I missed you." she gave me a weird look and said, "Okay." I was so happy to be home.
