Chapter 2.

Dreams can come true

"I told you, I saw a gorgeous lady in my dream, it felt so real!" Gracie says to her best friend Alice at the cafe.

Sadly, last night was a dream, but doesn't characters in your dream come from people you see in real life? That has to mean this girl is real!

"Sounds like just a random dream you had. Don't stress about it too much," Alice said, taking a sip of her coffee.

"But this one was different. It has to be! It felt so real!"

Alice turns to Gracie, sighing. "Gracie, I love you, but you always do this. Not everything is apart of some conspiracy to set you up with a girl. Life doesn't work that way, and you need to know that.

"But this one felt real, please, believe me this time!"

Alice smiled a bit, "Fine. Let me draw her. What does your dream girl look like?"

"Well, she had brown eyes that looked so rich and memorizing. She had long blonde hair that could swoon any person. Her plump lips looked so kis-"

"Okay, I'm stopping you right there. Finished!" She showed the drawing. It looked messy and unfinished like a child's coloring book. "How does it look?"

Gacie looked at the drawing carefully. It didn't have much of a resemblance to her, but she wanted to support her friend anyway. "It looks perfect; a spitting image of her!"

Alice grins widely. "Thank you so much, you don't know how happy I am to hear those words!"

A woman walks past them, stopping to get a better look at Gracie. She starts thinking, "Her green eyes, black short hair. It can't be the lady in my dreams, right?"
